International scout with 6.5 marine fiberglass direct speaker box

A customer decided to show off his new 1970 International Scout i, slant 4 cylinder, 4 inch lift with JL mx650 speakers inside of our 6.5 marine fiberglass direct speaker boxes, which he has positioned behind the driver and passenger seats, using self tapping screws. He also mounted a pair underneath each seat for extra boom on this long trips to the beach. This set up boast plenty of sound with only a head unit,a clarion manufacture unit for under $150 at best buy, and only these four speakers; 18 gage speaker wire was used with 1/2" tubing for protection against the hazardous and harsh Florida environment.

He searched long and hard to find the perfect size and we had just what he was looking for. 13¾" x 8¼" x 4¼" is the size of our 6.5" fiberglass speaker box. You can find the speaker box here.
